Unit 202 is located in the front left of the building. When you enter Dolce Vita you will find a luxurious light-soaked bi-level floor plan waiting for you. Wide plank oak hardwood floors and modern coastal decor greet you along with a deluxe chef's kitchen with a Wolf induction range and convection oven. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher - all appliances are stainless steel and of the highest quality. A large quartz with marbleized finish breakfast bar with nautical lighting that seats 3 accents this fabulous kitchen. The 9 ft ceilings are so welcoming as you enter the combination dining and living area. You will find a large white washed barn board style dining room table with seating for 6. The living area invites you to relax on the oversized couch or plush chairs. Through the slider you will enter your private balcony to enjoy morning coffee and watch Harwich Port awake. Off the hallway you will find Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. Across the hall is Bathroom #1 a full bath with Carrara marbleized porcelain tile flooring and a flat front soaking tub in a wonderful nautical decor. Bedroom #1 is at the end of the hallway with a plush king size bed, dresser and large walk in closet. Includes a flat screen TV for bedtime viewing.
