Veronica’s apartment is located in a great location and is only a short walk to one of the main train stations in London. This made it very easy to get around the city. The apartment was very clean and spacious. My two complaints are, first, that there was no blow dryer available. The listing said there would be one so I did not bring my own, however, there was not one in the apartment. I had an important event to be at so it was very inconvenient to try to track one down after there was not one in the apartment. I contacted the host to ask where it was but they did not respond. My second, more important, complaint is that there was a shortage of hot water. I am not sure why but there was absolutely no hot water available the first night. The water felt like an iceberg. I contacted the host to ask if maybe there was a water heater that needed to be turned on, but again, they did not respond. We tried to figure it out ourselves but could not. The second day we were finally able to get some hot water but it ran out before all of the guests were able to use it. This was also a major inconvenience for us.
