Super Host. Instant response to Any questions. The nearest Beach, Ocotal in my opinion is the best beach in the area. it also has the best wind protection for Paddle Boarding etc.. So A+ for location. The complex is awesome. You are greeted everyday with some really cool neighbors. The unit itself was very comfortable. It met all our needs. I'm hoping Bev will have is again.

The condo is locatad in a quiet area short distance to a restaurant and a couple of little grocery stores. Ocotal Beach (snorkeling!) within 15 min walk. The complex, grounds and swimming pools were sparkling clean. Super friendly ground staff. The unit was clean and well equipped. Large screened window in the kitchen and bedroom, when opened, allowed fantastic thorough-breeze and helped to quckly cool the place down. Bev promptly replied to our inquiries and provided suggestions for places to visit in the area. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again at Sweet Dreams!

Nous n’aurions pu trouver mieux. Le complexe est tranquille, agréable et l’appartement convient très bien pour les longs séjours. La cuisine est très bien équipée et séparée de la chambre par des portes vitrées. La piscine et les équipements pour le lavage sont un gros avantage. Nous avons beaucoup aimé côtoyer les différents résidents qui sont sociables tout en étant respectueux de l’intimité de chacun. Bev et Blare sont des gens réservés au premier abord, mais positivement adorables. Plus le séjour avançait et plus nous avons eu l’impression d’être entre amis. Simple mention, pour prévoir votre séjour. La plage d’Ocotal est parfaite et effectivement à 15 minutes de marche. La route est un peu passante et comme il n’y a pas vraiment de commerces prévoir vos boissons et aliments. La plage de Playa del cocos est effectivement à 25 minutes, mais la ville et les commerces sont plutôt à 45 minutes et la route pour s’y rendre n’est pas très facile pour les piétons.

The hosts Bev and Blair were very attentive to our needs and always offered advice. They also live in unit next door so it was easy communication. The AirBnB map on listing to find the place was accurate and Laundry facility on site in the condo complex is a bonus. Swimming pool was delightful, everyone so friendly and we saw an iguana on the roof while sitting around pool. Full kitchen and fridge made things easy and the water was safe to drink from tap. We were 2 people so this was a good sized apartment for us and our luggage. Fishing was really good in the area and Playa Ocotal was a nice 17 minute walk and we saw a monkey on the way. I recommend a car or bike for this location. Everything worked as normal in the apartment and we would definitely return.
