I booked for 42 nights first and then extended my stay for another 10 days because everything about this apartment is superb!!! You will never get a place like this in NYC for this price. Superb location (Upper East Side) near parks, groceries, and restaurants, etc. Very Spacious your own room with a privacy. Wendy is not in NYC and her daughter Sarah rarely visits home. Trust me, you are a very lucky person if you are going to book this apartment. Definitely coming back for next visit if available. Thank you Wendy! Thank you Sarah!

Ideal accommodation for my extended stay in NYC. Close to several subway lines, passenger ferry, parks, museums, groceries, and more. Comfy, cozy, and clean unit with all the necessary amenities. Very happy with my stay.

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment! Great location in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the nearby park and shopping and groceries a few blocks away. Convenient access to the cross-town bus (across the street), the Q line (about 5 minute walk), and the 4/5/6 line (about 10-12 minute walk). The apartment itself was quite spacious, with both a large living room and bedroom large enough to fit a king size bed with plenty of space to walk around. Beautiful views of sunrise in the morning, as well. There was no dedicated desk to work at per se, but the dining table was quite large and worked perfectly well as a workspace. The co-host Sarah Jayne was very friendly and responsive to my questions!
