Fab apartment: beautifully decorated and really well equipped. Light and spacious. Great location: right in the town centre but just across the road from a nice park for walking the dog. Lovely views of the firth. Michael was an excellent host: friendly, helpful, responsive. Would happily stay again

The place and location were lovely. The host was very kind and communicated wonderfully as well. The pictures were accurate and the amenities were very helpful. Especially the hairdryer and extra blankets. Also just around the corner is a lovely restaurant that serves gelato, I think, till 9pm that is a little pricy but tastes very good. My only main complaints would be that the bed and couch were very firm, and other residents are not the best at parking.

The best way to describe the comfort of this bnb is it was like settling into a warm bath. Michael truly goes above and beyond— not just to make people feel right at home, but even providing luxurious touches like a heated towel warmer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, gas stove, nice pots&pans, fine China, goose feather duvets, and comfortable pillows. It was also very stylishly and tastefully designed with art on the walls, rugs, and mid century modern furniture. The layout of the apartment is spacious and functional. It was much bigger than we expected! The shower was nice as well! The location is amazing. Right next to the Muir trail and a view straight out to the river. It is right next to a traditional fish-n-chips shops, library, cafes, shops, and grocery store. Just a 20 min drive to the tram stop for Edinburgh. Michael was an incredible host and helped us with any need that we had. We will never forget our stay in Scotland!!
