We spent hours looking at all the different AirBnB options on St. Thomas and are SO SO glad that we booked with Pat! The space itself is just as pictured if not better - the entire place felt fresh and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, had all the bathroom and kitchen amenities that you could need on a short trip, and I loved that we had plenty of space to unpack our clothes and spread out. And of course, the views from the balcony were incredible! Loved watching sunrises and sunsets. Like other reviews mention, I'm glad we rented a car because the drive up the hill is steep, and it was nice being able to quickly pop down to Red Hook to grab dinner or drinks, pick up supplies, catch the ferry to St. John, etc. We also appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler provided! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if it's available the next time we visit!

Highly recommend Pat's place. It has awesome views, exactly as shown in the pictures. Being able to open the screened windows and let the fresh air was so nice. It is very close to decent restaurants, grocery store, ferry to St John, and less than 10 minutes from beaches with good snorkeling. Having the washer and dryer, that is only shared with one other unit, available without having to worry about coins or detergent was very helpful. The beach amenities like towels, chairs and umbrella were also provided. It took a little bit to get used to driving on the driveway up to the parking. But definitely doable even in a small car. Be aware of bugs when sitting on the balcony.

Pat’s place is amazing. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and a quick walk to great restaurants and bars. She has clearly thought of everything, as her AirBnB is stocked with everything you might need while you’re in St. Thomas (towels, cooler, beach chairs, etc.). The highlight of our trip was sailing with her on the Independence - I can’t recommend this enough.
