Great location for the price. Needs a lot of updates! Old, stained, pillows and furniture. Pull out couch was so hard we had to buy an air mattress to put on top of it. The bathroom cabinets were all chipped up. The master shower was so hard to turn on I needed assistance. Wifi only worked in the bedroom. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Place needs major updates! If I went again I would bring my own sheets and bedding, air mattress and couch cover. But Carolina Beach is a blast!

Let’s start with the view: Absolutely gorgeous, quick access to the beach, beautiful views from the deck, loved listening to the sound of the ocean, deck was private and the unit was quiet. There’s beach chairs in the unit. Rental umbrellas are available and set up on the beach. The beach was not overly crowded. One thing I truly appreciated was the warning from the rental company that there were king tides and rip tides. The inside: The beds were comfy. Slept like a baby! The place was bigger than I expected. The primary bedroom is very large. Great walking distance to Stoked Restaurant, and there was a fun taco place which was on the way to the boardwalk, at the boardwalk we had delicious pizza and calzones. If you arrive early there’s plenty of parking at the beginning and end of the beach. It’s cheap, hourly parking. We had a wonderful time. Would surely return again!

The view of the ocean was unbeatable. Unit is close to lots of good food, and a quick walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. The negatives were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the living room furniture was soiled and the couch cushions sunk into the frame. When people in the unit above walk, the ceiling makes a loud popping noise. We contacted the managing realty but never heard back. Even with a mattress topper we bought, the beds were just really a deal breaker. With new beds and living room furniture, this would be great location and a great value, as long as the upstairs noise isn't an issue for you.

Had a great stay at this unit. Check in was easy and we had plenty of parking. the unit was clean and just big enough for us to stretch out and relax. Loved that we could walk to places to eat. We were right on the beach which made life easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The coffee maker requires filters- just FYI. We would come back!

Hands down the best place we have stayed over the years coming to Carolina Beach. Condo is extremely clean, in the perfect location, and very spacious. Beach directly in front the condo/complex is very peaceful and family friendly. Will certainly recommend to anyone coming to the island!
