An excellent spot to stay in Bacolod. Fast food restaurants, malls, and parks are nearby. The place is very accessible to public transport. Checking in is a breeze. The flat has all the necessary appliances and is sparkling clean. Water and coffee are provided without charge. The internet is fast, and Netflix is accessible. Ms. Ma. Theresa is a gracious host, and Ms. Annie is very responsive to our queries. We really enjoyed our stay, it's a 10/10.

It is our pleasure to leave a review on our rented unit for 3 nights and 4days. We arrived on the unit late evening and had no problem getting in. The owner or the contact person are easy to communicate with. If we have request they are very attentive and they make sure that they will be able to provide. The room is clean and appliances are all working. We experienced loss of electricity but only for a few second since the generator immediately worked. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend our stay here. Thank you very much for the host of this unit.

Thank you for theaccommodation , we had to rebook the place twice due to weather but host was patient and understanding. The unit was really nice, walking distance to fastfoods, restos and convenience store. Fast wifi, nice balcony. Also fast response of maintenance when the aircondition went off due to sone spark,but was fixed. All complete things, with mineral water and coffee provided. The bathroom shower sliding door still needs to be fixed though and the shampoo holders kept falling off. Overall experience great. Definitely will book again.
