Lake-front cottage on Walloon Lake. 10 minutes to Petoskey, Bay Harbor & Walloon Village. Farmer’s markets, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. 3 bed + 2 bath. New, modern, comfortable furnishings. Well-stocked kitchen, gas grill, fire pit & picnic table. Large dock for sunbathing and 2 boats. Huge yard. Open floor plan with living, dining and remodeled kitchen. Beautiful hiking trails 2 minutes away and bike and walk on quiet country roads. Great kayaking and paddle boarding. Sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults and 3-4 kids. Primary bedroom has king bed with split system A/C. Second upstairs bedroom had queen, full and trundle (sleeps 2 adults or 3-4 kids) with split system A/C. Downstairs bedroom has queen.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Mattresses were so comfortable and beds had great pillows and wonderful linens. Beautiful view of lake! We walked from the house to hike in nearby nature preserve. It was a relaxing, fun vacation with our daughter and son-in -law.
House was wonderful! Clean, well stocked and accurately shown in pictures and described in the listing. Kristin provided clear and helpful instructions/ info and was very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend!
A well appointed cottage that has been updated in all the right places. Fabulous Lake and the dock is great for boaters and jet skis. Short drive to Petoskey and all the great views.
Great cottage!
Great home with nice updates and finishes. The beds are comfy, linens and dishes are high quality. We stayed in the winter, and the location is great for getting to the ski hills or just enjoying the view of the lake. We would like to come back and enjoy everything the home has to offer in the summer!

Very quiet neighborhood of lake-front homes.
It is very easy to get around the neighborhood via car, boat, bike or on foot. There is parking along the road and on our long driveway.
