“Birds of a feather flock together” is the first statement that comes to mind. Pat is a wholesome experience. Pat’s home radiates pure love. She cares about her guests as she cares for her beautiful home. Pat’s home was immaculate, charming, and comfortable. It was the absolute best start to my chapter here in California. I’m FOREVER grateful to Pat’s Birdhouse. To get into detail about the rental specifically. I felt comfortable and SAFE. The house is conveniently located! 10 minutes is the furthest I’ve had to drive for anything. Minutes to downtown, minutes to Coronado, 15 minutes to La Jolla- this home is the prime time location. Quiet neighborhood, clean and quiet home. Pat is respectful of space and time; I enjoyed the space and time while staying with Pat 🕊️

Pat was an exceptional host, the home is clean, well cared for, and in a great location. She was always responsive and available for questions when necessary, and offered great resources on the surrounding area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pat's and would look forward to going back.

Pat is a wonderful host. Her place is so unique and lovely. She will give you a tour and it’s like a museum. Pat is also a very kind person and accommodating. I stayed with Pat for a month while I looked for a place to live as I relocated across the country. I booked about 10 months in advance and from the moment I booked until I left (and after), Pat was extremely communicative. I unfortunately had a family emergency right before I moved out west and Pat was very understanding. I ended up going to my family home for the holidays and couldn’t get an affordable flight back until the 1st (which was my checkout day at Pat’s) and she was kind enough to let me stay in another room for that night. Overall I highly recommend Pat’s place because it’s visually pleasing, amazing location close to everything SD offers, the calming outdoor space that’s available to guests, and of course the excellent hospitality. Thanks Pat for a wonderful stay!

Pat is a very friendly and kind person. She’s accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. The home is close to downtown, beaches, highway 5, and the airport. I highly recommend her place to stay in, you have everything you need. Very convenient. Thanks again Pat. 🫶🏼😊
