Beautiful view and extremely spacious home!! The location and view cannot be beat, right along the Seneca Lake wine trial and close to shops/restaurants in Geneva. The home itself was massive, with plenty of space for our group of 13. The best way to describe the home is two very large separate wings connected by a living room on the main floor. We found the beds comfortable, the game room very adequately stocked, and the hot tub/fire pit really enjoyable during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed for all cooking needs. It should be noted that there are some very steep steps to get from the driveway to the front door which could be challenging for older guests or those with impaired mobility. As other reviews have noted, the house does need a bit of TLC - shower liners were moldy, a few lightbulbs were out, there was noticeable dust, and no shampoo/conditioner was provided. However, these issues were minor and we overall had a fantastic stay!

Great place for a large group and tons to do within a short drive! Absolutely stunning view of the lake. Although, not the cleanest or most updated place. Kitchen/ bathrooms need some updating and refreshing.

We stayed at the Lakeside Harmony for 3 nights, 4 days. We enjoyed our stay, as there was adequate space for everyone, but the space does need some updating, as much of the home was very outdated. Unfortunately, the pull-out couches were uncomfortable for my guests, but they persevered. The refrigerators (2) were both leaking, as they were both turned up to the warmest temperature - completely defrosting the freezers. The hosts were responsive, but didn’t do much to remedy the inconvenience. The main kitchen needed some maintenance, as several cabinets were either severely warped, or being held together by super-glue. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The local wineries & breweries were amazing and some great local restaurants. The outdoor space was wonderful at the house - beautiful sunrises & sunsets, relaxing hot tub, and warm campfires by the water on the chilly nights. We may be back, but this may not be my first choice for lodging in the finger lakes region.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House! It was the perfect setting for our trip and very peaceful! The garbage cans, however, were all full of trash upon our arrival and smelled really bad (you have to walk past them every time to get into the house). When we messaged the host, someone did empty 2/5 garbage cans the next day, but that didn’t give us enough space to place our garbage in the provided receptacles when we checked out. The upstairs bathroom needs work (it doesn’t drain well and the shower curtain is moldy) and the main refrigerator didn’t keep our items cold. Luckily there are 2 refrigerators. Otherwise, we had a great time and the location is unmatched! Would stay here again.
