Just returned from a 2 night stay . Is one of the best B&B’s that we have both stayed in ! Everything was pristine and very comfortable. Attention to detail was just spot on , from the comfortable bed to an amazing hot , powerful shower and not forgetting the lovely more than adequate breakfast!! Would most definitely recommend to anyone !! Thanks again Rob and Shareen we will be back soon .

We had a wonderful stay at Grassmoor! Rob and Shareen were very welcoming and we felt right at home in their lovely B&B. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short trip to the Lakes. Despite being just a few minutes walk from the high street of Keswick, the homemade breakfast is definitely worth staying in for!

This is a very nice B & B. It is very clean and has nice linens. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small fridge and coffee and tea supplies. The location is excellent for walking into town. Parking is on the street and is free. We had to search for a few minutes on a busy Friday but had no problem finding a spot. Communication with Rob and Shareen was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will stay here again when I am back in the area.

We could not have wished for a more welcoming, helpful and friendly host family than Rob and Shareen. They made us feel part of the family before we had even arrived. Their B&B was extremely well located, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were just perfect, freshly cooked to order and all locally produced ingredients. If you're looking for a B&B near Derwent water then we would highly recommend Rob and Shareen. We will definitely be going back!
