Had a fabulous long weekend at Surfer's Paradise! It is a great set-up. A small , beautifully decorated cottage with off street parking and friendly, helpful hosts. The cottage was updated and spotless. We were able to walk to First Beach and the cliff walk. A 5 minute uber ride to Bowen's wharf made going out for dinner drinks a breeze. This was a really great location - being able to walk to the beach and local restaurants gave our group so much flexibility. Would rent again on our next visit to Newport!
Highly recommend! Perfect for our family of 6. Beth and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location was what we were looking for with the beach and restaurants in walking distance but also quiet.

Dave and Beth were fantastic hosts! They offered us a lot of information and were always there to give a helping hand. We enjoyed very much to stay in their house. The house was very well equipped and clean. The location is perfect for beach activities and close to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend to stay with Dave and Beth.

My husband and I bought this property 15 years ago. It was in dire need of upgrading extensively. We have spent many hours updating this cottage. It truly was a labor of love. Every year between winter leases and summer weekly rentals we go in and do a project to continue keeping it clean and beautiful for our guests. This spring we just added a full size stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Last year we added an outside shower with hot and cold water. We have a huge beautiful back yard that is a common area for our guests as we do have another cottage on the property in the back which sleeps 4 people. Our renters, and many are repeats, just love the cottage and the area where it is. We are on site landlords and are there for anything you may need during your stay, but we make sure that you have your privacy during your stay. This cottage is in such a beautiful location with walking distance to the beach and about 6 area restaurants. You literally can park your car and walk the rest of your vacation time. We do provide a gas grill, and the beautiful front deck is the perfect outside sitting area for your meals and just relaxing. Come stay at Surfer's Paradise and experience the magic of this area.
