Willow Cottage is a terraced cottage resting in Hampnett sleeping four people in two bedrooms. Willow Cottage rests in a short row of Grade ll listed properties, tucked away in a quiet lane in the idyllic village of Hampnett, which sits within the valley of the River Leach. The cottage is the perfect bolt hole in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds region, for a small family or two couples, who are seeking a relaxing getaway. Park your car in the allocated bay and make your way up to the property, as you are welcomed into the small porch area, you can kick off your boots and look forward to the start of your holiday. Be welcomed into the large, beautifully furnished sitting room, complete with stylish sofas and chairs complemented by various antique pieces, plus a feature stone fireplace with woodburning stove and alcove book cases on either side, it is the perfect space to kick back and relax after a day of exploring, whilst watching a compelling film on the 60” Smart cinema TV, which comes with an Apple TV box and Roku streaming for Amazon Prime, as you are kept warm and toasty, thanks to the woodburning stove. Create delicious meals in the stylish kitchen, making full use of the two-oven electric Rangemaster with a grill and six ring electric hob, before gathering with your party in the centre of the room at the large wooden dining table to tuck into your meal and toast to a wonderful holiday that lies before you. For added convenience, you will find a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. When the night draws to a close, make your way up to the first-floor where there are two homely bedrooms; look forward to laying your head in either of the king-size rooms, with the master boasting a large en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom sat adjacent to the pretty bathroom that also contains a bath with a shower over. Catch the morning sunrise in the well-established garden, as you relax on one of the chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, overlooking the multi-level garden and the rolling countryside beyond.

Have you ever slept in the English countryside next to a babbling brook? Well, here’s your chance. This cozy little cottage in the Cotswolds, is perfectly located for wondering about or staying in. With a spacious kitchen for cooking. A lovely back garden for dining. And a picturesque stream, I’m almost certain it was the exact spot for Robert Louis Stevenson’s poem The Swing. Enjoy!
Enjoyed our stay at the Cottage (beautiful house and great location) but poor communication from the host (dishwasher was not working and we never got a response) as well as inflexible check in times ( check in 5pm and checkout 10am)
Ein wunderschönes und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Cottage. Die Lage im hübschen Dörfchen Hampnett war malerisch. Viele Ausflugsziele in den Cotswolds waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein wunderschöner kleiner Garten und ein romantischer Freisitz haben das Ganze abgerundet. Nur der Sonnenschirm war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Highlight war der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls sehr hübsch und die Betten sehr gut. Schade war vielleicht, dass viele Schränke abgeschlossen waren und so für die Kleidung und Koffer nicht viel Stauraum da war. Die Bäder waren beide sehr schön und sauber. Es stimmt, warmes Wasser ist nicht in beiden Duschen gleichzeitig verwendbar, aber da kann man sich arrangieren. Grundsätzlich sind wir in so einem historischen kleinen Haus besonders rücksichtsvoll und behutsam. Darauf sollte man sich schon einstellen, damit man es auch gebührend genießen kann.
We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage over the Easter holidays. The setting is stunning and we felt at home the moment we stepped inside - the cottage is cosy, inviting, stylish and very clean. The beds are super comfy and our boys loved exploring the stream outside the front door. A beautiful spot and a wonderful stay.
Such a beautiful cottage in a lovely and accessible village. Situated near many of the must-see villages in The Cotswolds. This home had everything we needed. Great TV in the living room to watch movies as a family. The washer and dryer was such a blessing, and worked great! The upstairs bathroom in the main room is a bit difficult to deal with. But after a few tries we figured it out. Otherwise a seamless stay!

Cheltenham is a town in Gloucestershire and lies beneath Cleeve Hill, the highest point in the Cotswolds and above the vale of the River Severn. It is known as 'The Western Gateway to the Cotswolds'. This edge-of-the Cotswolds spa town is hard to beat for refined elegance and Regency terraces, annual festivals, Ladies' College and racecourse. Also fortnightly farmers markets, classy shops and restaurants all surrounded by glorious countryside. The town is home to the renowned Cheltenham Festival, 4 days of horse jump racing culminating in the Gold Cup, held annually in March at Cheltenham Racecourse. It's also known for Regency buildings, including the Pittville Pump Room, a remnant of Cheltenham’s past as a spa town. There's fine art at The Wilson museum, and the Victorian Everyman Theatre has an ornate auditorium.
