Me and my family loved our stay at Villa Patricia. It was perfect for us, the view, the pool and the location. Plenty of space for us (9 adults) which was appreciated. Also, the whole house were clean and tidy. The closest store is located a bit away from the villa, so a car is a must. But we liked the fact that it was so calm and quiet in the neighborhood (only a few dogs barking otherwise no sounds). Sabrina replied quickly and was very easy to get in touch with. We saw a wasp nest in the pool area and Sabrina immediately sent someone over to take care of it!

Our stay at Villa Patricia was wonderful! The house is amazing, especially the pool and dining area are great for a large group. Also the area is very pretty and there are some nice cities to discover. Sabrina was very helpful and always available if we needed anything. We will definitely come back!

With a location and view that cannot be beat, this is a great house for a large group, especially with young children who will enjoy the huge game room, downstairs living room, and beautiful pool area. This is an exceptionally large house with plenty of bedrooms (each with en-suite bath) and abundant space for gathering both inside and outside. For longer stays, there are very minor logistics issues---some bedrooms are short on storage space or need to share with a bedroom next door; Americans who don't know what to do with a tub (instead of a shower) might be puzzled by one of the bathrooms. But overall, there is a lot of space and plenty of room for privacy. Two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining rooms,;you won't be running into each other if you want a little time by yourself. If I were to point out the weakest spot of the villa, it's the main kitchen upstairs, which is tiny. If you were envisioning Umbrian summer days where everyone pitches in together for cooking, rolling out pasta, and chatting, this kitchen doesn't work for that. (The kitchen downstairs is large, but doesn't have easy access to the patio and pool, so you'd feel a bit dungeon-like working down there in the summer). On the other hand, if your idea of an Umbrian vacation involves a lot of going out to eat or laying out plates of salumi and formaggi, this house really will be perfect for you. The team managing the villa is friendly and accommodating, and dealt with our minor issues quickly and efficiently; you will enjoy working with Sabrina and Ivan. Like most Italian AirBnB rentals, this was spotlessly immaculate. The grounds were also beautifully cared-for; you will feel yourself on the set of a movie with the manicured gardens. We used the villa for a week with a group of couples and singles and it matched our needs very well. The location is great---you are 3 minutes from Pontecuti, 10-15 from Todi itself, 10 from well-equipped supermarkets, and in the middle of all the lovely hill towns of Umbria. Montefalco, Bevagna, Assisi, Deruta, Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Orvieto, are all less than an hour away. American visitors will also appreciate some unusual touches for an Italian villa: air conditioning basically everywhere as well as an ice maker in the kitchen.
