Amazing views and great location near Lake Travis! We had a good stay and enjoyed soaking up the views from all the various balconies. There is also very nice park within walking distance, which was great to be able to walk our dog to. The hosts were very nice, responsive and very accommodating to let us check in a little early! The home was very nice, clean and comfortable inside, but we were a little disappointed that the grill was unusable and the railing on the main deck had some rungs broken which felt a little unsafe. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with pans, dishes and glasses, however the condition of some weren't great as it was clear that some previous guests did not treat this home with care. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again if the grill was working.

Beautiful location with a nice view of the lake. A lot of room in the house for a group of people or a larger family. Thomas was very responsive throughout the weekend. The house has a lot of potential if fully stocked and ready for renters.

Beautiful property, views from the 2 main patios are just like they are shown in the pictures. You can see Lake Travis bay pretty clearly, with a gently sloping tree line view all the way through. The house is large and comfortable, and very conveniently located . It's on a secluded street, but just minutes away you have a main thoroughfare, with grocery stores and restaurants. There are 2 parks further down the road , one public ( county) and the other private ( both have a nominal entry fee) - it says walking distance though it would be just under a mile. "Windy Point" is a great place to see the sunset over Lake Travis!! Marinas for renting boats are close by, try to book in advance especially if you are looking for pontoon boats . Lake water levels at the time of this rental as per LTRC were around 630 feel MSL ( full level is around 680) - note that this is Mean Sea Level, not the actual depth of the lake. Great place overall!

The house was not clean when we arrived. We contacted Thomas as it was clear that the cleaning crew had not done their job. We ended up doing clean up ourselves and Thomas did refund the cleaning fee. The house has a beautiful view of Lake Travis. Our group consisted of 3 couples and we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, which were private and quiet.
