The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the metro and the train station. The check-in went well, the concierge was very friendly. Unfortunately there were some disadvantages. The shower attachment to the wall was broken. There was a lot of mold in the room, which smelled bad. Also the apartment is very noisy. Furthermore we had a problem with the first door of the building, the same problem as Beatriz. The code on the keychain was incorrect and the concierge didn't mention it. Luckily, a neighbor could help us out and we figured out de code.

This apartment is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere that’s in walking distance of all the great spots in Paris. Cosy space with everything you need for a short get away.

Idéalement placé, c’est un très bel appartement qui mériterait d’être un peu mieux entretenu (humidité, propreté). Parfait pour un week end en couple pour visiter Paris, tout est à proximité en métro. Le quartier est calme et l’appartement se situe dans une résidence sécurisée.

I was traveling with my mom and honestly we really don’t like the apartment. The location was regular, close to the metro but all the rest was not soo good as expected. At first, the concierge arrived 40 minutes after the time agreed and we had to stay outside all this time. Also the TV was not working, the apartment had a strong musty smell, the bathroom was really really small and the door was jamming (all the nights) so we had to call the neighbor to help us. We had another problem with the first door of the building. The concierge handed us the apartment key counting two passwords. one from the door that gave access to the street and another to the building. So when we come back to the restaurant on the first night we we put the password of the first door and nothing happened. we discovered that the password written on that keyring was incorrect and therefore would not open. luckily, I remembered a photo of information about the apartment that the porter had sent me earlier and I managed to open the door. although everything went well, I could not be with my cell phone available and could not enter or communicate with the host. Besides that, all the messages that I send to the concierge wasn’t be answered. as well as all my calls in his phone. So, if you’re searching for an apartment to stay in your trip, I surely not recommend this apartment for you. I am sure that you can find anything better in this area.

Notre séjour chez Alice s'est très bien passé. Un seul problème, le mur sous le toit est mal isolé il était mouillé et les plinthes moisies.. l'appartement donc un peu humide également. Pas très agréable même si cela n'a pas vraiment impacté le reste de notre séjour. Le reste de l'appartement était propre, conforme à la description. Seule la salle de bain était plus étroite que ce que l'on avait pensé. Le reste du bâtiment est très bien entretenu et sécurisé. Emplacement pratique, proche du métro. Alice était également très disponible même si nous ne l'avons pas rencontrée. Je recommande à condition que ce problème d'isolation soit fixé :)
