The condo is very clean and in a great spot. We hiked Old Speck mountain about 25 mins away. Steve was very communicative. The only downsides were the fireplace wasn’t working and the place was freezing cold when we arrived at 7pm and needed to be heated up. Steve was very communicative and helpful after we booked. I’d recommend messaging him if either of these topics are important to you.

Bright, clean and open space with cozy common spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely view. Great location close to town but away from the bustle. Wonderfully dark at night!

Conveniently located to everything, this place is ideal for visiting Bethel. Easy to find, and you have the ability to park 1 car in the garage! It has a covered porch with an amazing view of the mountains. The table is a little wobbly so if you plan on having card/board games keep that in mind. The couch is extremely comfortable and you can see the mountains while cuddling. Full kitchen and two bathrooms makes it very family friendly. Make sure you read the description carefully before booking. There is no internet, you need to bring your own linens (bedding, towels, etc.) As long as you are aware and prepared for that, there is nothing lacking in this place. VERY CLEAN and modern in decor, we would definitely visit here again if ever in the Bethel area. P.S. There was some confusion regarding the fireplaces accessibility so check in with him before booking if that is an important amenity for you.

Steve is an amazing host. Always available to answer our questions. The house is very clean and equipped. But most importantly, in a great location with amazing mountain view and easy access to White mountains for a hiking trip.
