I really enjoyed my stay with Kiki snd James. Though we didn't interact much in person, they were incredibly responsive and quick replying to my questions, texts and emails. And place was very neat and clean and well maintained with kitchen & laundry appliances. The apartment complex was nice with a secure front gate and most importantly elevators. Subway (A,B,C,D) is just few steps away from the apartment to go to anywhere in Manhattan. My room was nice small and cozy with a comfortable bed equipped with mini restroom. I would gladly recommend staying with Kiki and James.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kiki's Airbnb for a month, and I must say it was an **INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE**. Kiki was not only an exceptional host but also a genuinely kind and helpful person. From the moment I arrived, Kiki made me feel welcome and comfortable in her home. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Her communication was prompt and clear, making the check-in process seamless. She provided detailed info about the apartment, amenities, and local area, which was incredibly helpful. She took the time to recommend various places to visit, restaurants to try, and many other things. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It had all the necessary amenities, and she was always available to address any questions I had. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I truly felt like I was staying at a friend's place rather than a typical Airbnb. Overall, I can't recommend Kiki's Airbnb enough.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Kiki. Kiki est une personne extraordinaire. Son accueil était parfait, le jour de mon arrivée. Tout au long du séjour elle a toujours répondu à mes questions et m'a donné de bons conseils. Elle connait parfaitement New York. Son frère James est très sympathique également. J'étais ravi de vous rencontrer tous les deux. La chambre est parfaite avec sa demi salle de bain. Elle est très calme. J'ai adoré cet appartement, cet immeuble typiquement New Yorkais. Harlem, quartier super. Métro à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette chambre privée chez Kiki. Et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.

I stayed with Kiki and her brother for 5 weeks. They were both friendly and helpful if I had any questions. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It is possible to buy groceries and take-away close by. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the subway. I give the place and its residents my best recommendations.

Staying at Kiki’s completely exceeded my expectations. Shared living spaces can often be hit-or-miss, but Kiki and her brother were very kind and accommodating, it felt like staying at a friend’s place. Not to mention the surplus of amenities that were provided throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and the fact that I already miss it says a lot!
