We had a great time. The flat is awesome and a great place to stay and venture from. Everything in the area is in walking distance. We had a great time staying the apartment. Communication was super friendly and easy. Everything was perfect and made from a great home base to explore Modena. We can absolutely recommend the place.

great location to get to city center and close enough to parking options close by to get out. Clizia was very helpful with communication!

Clizia was very communicative, nice and helpful, she even called us a taxi in the morning. She gave very clear instructions on where to park for free. We had the BEST lunch at Trattoria Aldina - it’s a perfect Italian restaurant, best brodo all trip ! The suit itself was clean and spacious, pretty quiet (some neighbours were loud) but not impactful. Overall, would stay again !!

Apartment corresponds to the description. Unbeatable location if you are eating at the Francescana! Very quiet apartment on the edge of the historic center. Clizia was very communicative, and check-in was a breeze.
