Thought the place was generally in great order. However the dishwasher was full of unwashed crockery etc and as well as 2 light bulbs not working in the bathroom there is an unappealing mark on the dining table. Communication with them was initially great, but then there was no reply to our request on how to turn on the heated towel rack. I felt overall the final communications after that non-reply seemed automated and not personal. We were already 40 miles away when we received a harsh reminder of our departure time explaining the need for their cleaners’ tight schedule to be adhered to. Having said that, the property was a very pleasant, well maintained apartment.

A comfortable stay and a good value. Good location. Furnishings older and one bed was so uncomfortable that it was usable. Dining table wobbly/broken, closet doors don't shut. Just mentioning as the listing (and name Lavish) felt more upscale so expectations were a little high. But clean and had all we needed, at a good price. Would stay again if the 1 mattress is replaced.

This apartment is perfect if you are looking for simply clean and basic: the apartment was well equipped for cooking; the sofa was really comfy and the apartment was exceptionally clean. There are a few pieces of furniture that need a little tlc, however the low price reflects that. We stayed with our two children who wanted nothing more than to visit a typical seaside, with ice cream and arcades, and they got just that! Great location for shops and arcades. There is a pub just facing however it didn’t disturb us.

Lovely place. Really accessible and central. Flat was spacious and clean. Exactly as advertised and for a great price. We had a very comfortable stay.
