Jessica was a great host, ensuring I had a warm welcome and a helping hand with my luggage at check in, even when she was away. I appreciated the helpful instructions / local guides, extra amenities at hand when I had to extend my stay and the flexibility and willingness from Jessica to do so. Location wise it was very convenient for exploring North East London and well connected. The flat was comfortable, clean, modern, warm and quiet. Good one for both short and longer stays.

We had a great stay at Jessica's flat! The apartment was exactly like the photos, it was clean and organized. Very close to the underground, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. I definitely recommend this stay.

Jessica was an excelent host. She was very helpful. The flat was very comfortable and is walking distance to the underground. I would surely stay there again.

Jessica's place is excellent and comfortable. This flat is what any Airbnb should be. Very Comfortable and Jessica was an excellent host. Very near to the Victoria Underground Station, busses and overground. The morning market nearby caters for all our needs. Poundland, Lidl, Asda, tk max is just around the corner. Would surely stay there again

This place back to what air bnb was supposed to be about, staying in people’s homes rather than lining the pockets of already loaded landlords. It’s a lovely little home and helped Emma and I out of a tight spot when we were between homes. Jessica has been an excellent host. Great communication and able to help us out whenever we needed. At one point the internet in the area had an issue but Jessica identified the problem and offered us solutions quickly. The property itself is in a great location in the middle of Walthamstow and in a nice quiet block with a shared garden away from the bustle of the street. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in London who needs good transport links to and from central.
