We had a great stay at Thomas’ place. Very clean and nice big kitchen. Outdoor shower and front porch with canopy were great as well. A great stay in Lavallette!

The cottage was exactly as described and extremely clean, with everything in perfect working order. It really was even better than the photos! Thomas was so helpful, kind, and communicative, and was incredibly patient with me when I had some unexpected technical issues on my end with booking. We absolutely loved the location - being such a quick walk from the beach was wonderful, and we had no problem making the trip back and forth with our toddler multiple times per day. Being able to wake up and head straight to the beach was fantastic. The only issue we had was the extreme firmness of the mattress; if you have a foam mattress topper, I'd recommend bringing it with you. Overall, the cottage is perfectly lovely - recently renovated, ideally located, pristine, and a fantastic value!

We loved the location and the private beach was our favorite part! You do have to cross 35 but there’s a stop light right there so it’s easy and we felt safe doing so. Other beaches looked packed but ours was always pretty empty and spacious (and had life guards as well). The place was very clean and comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer. The bottom bunk is a size full so bring a full sheet for that.

3 years in a row now staying here and we could not be happier. Communication is fantastic. Location is fantastic. Everything about the overall experience is fantastic. We will certainly be back again!

We went down the week before Memorial Day so we avoided the shore crowds. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Close to the beach. The unit was perfect. Our only complaint is the mattress was a bit hard for our older bones.
