Our stay at Sayan Tropical was fantastic. Ana was great with pre-arrival communication and provided detailed instructions. She was also proactive in letting us know that she had personally inspected the unit prior to our arrival and found that an appliance needed to be replaced (we wouldn't have even known), and it arrived during our stay. The condo was comfortable and the ocean view was superb. You'll never get tired of watching the sunset from the balcony.

Amazing place in its own little peace of paradise. Short ride into town and the best part is returning to the condo to relax and take in the spectacular views.

Ana’s Sayan condo is beautiful but major appliances were broken. We were informed of a broken dishwasher which was scheduled to be fixed. On check in we found more appliances not working properly. It would have been helpful to have known some of the temporary fixes she eventually related to us after we contacting her. A condo of this quality/price should be checked regularly before guests arrive to be in working order and notification if there are any issues to be corrected. *Freezer door frozen shut. *Refrigerator Water/ice options broken. *Broken dryer door -Taped closed. *Automatic stove lighter broken. Later told to use hand lighter. *Broken Safe -told to use key. We contacted Ana and “Only At That Time” were we told of temporary fixes to be able to use these the super paired appliances. To her credit she tried to get people to fix the appliances but the only repair fixed was the dryer door & dishwasher. Solving these issues took 3 days of our vacation.

Ana’s place is very spacious and has a perfect meditative view of the ocean. The balcony is large and the view is very private considering you’re in a condominium. You walk right in on the main floor and the pools are down 7 stories. The pools are also fabulous and the gym is well equipped with a serene view. Can’t wait to go back!
