Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns fast zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die nähere Umgebung ist schön und Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf kann man alle zu Fuß erreichen. Penzance ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge

We had an absolutely amazing week at Rupert's house. Everything about this place is gorgeous. The furnishings and interiors are of a very high quality and as someone who loves cooking, I had everything to hand in the kitchen. The house has everything you could possibly need for a restful week's holiday. Great selection of books, board games, beach items in the shed such as wet suits and surfboards, freeview tv and a wonderful garden with apple trees. The location is ideal for getting around Penzance or driving to nearby beaches which is what we did. Parking is on the doorstep in a car park (£2.50 per day) opposite the house and tennis courts are at the end of the street. Shops nearby and the town is a short walk away. Outstanding communication every step of our trip from Rupert, a detailed welcome handbook and treats on arrival. We rarely stay in the same place twice, but will definitely be back to stay in this wonderful hidden gem of a house.

Rupert was lovely and before the check-in, he gave us all the instruction we needed! 5 stars for the host. Cons: There was a noise from the rooms upstairs around 2 am every night, not sure where that noise came from. Overall was a lovely stay! Thank you!

Myself, my wife and our son, Daughter in law and Grandson booked the house for a family wedding weekend . It is so well located close to the sea and amenities and suited the 5 of us very well, with 3 large bedrooms and good living space downstairs. There is a lovely front garden for the evening glass of Rose. Rupert was a most flexible and attentive host and we will certainly try to book again if we return to Penzance.
