We had a wonderful time over the 4th of July holiday! Four adults and three children had plenty of space, and the waterfront location was perfect for everyone! Terry’s home was furnished with everything we could possibly need, and we were so appreciative of how easy that made our stay.

WOW! Wonderful is just the start!!! Location is speakless/priceless, the street and community is amazing, sports courts and kid parks are free and sooo close, equipment is there (no need to bring anything) Back deck has comfortable seating area and dinning table for dinners over looking the water! A couple steps in the yard and you are on the beach with fire pit and boats and boat equipment! There is a small boat launch 100 yds from the house to launch small boats (Brought our Hobie Cat 16, was ideal, perfect, and could store hobie on the beach!!!! The water is a shallow walk out, great for kids. House was spotless, with a great layout. 3 bedrooms upstairs (spacious) and another bedroom downstairs. 3 bathrooms are great for families and good cooking supplies available, everything you would ever need and gas grill outside. Another great great thing was the house had all the supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and much much more..... Most important, Terry was wonderful to work with. So responsive, pleasant, answered everything, very very professional. Neighbors were awesome too! Overall top notch!!!!!!

Terry’s house was my first Airbnb experience and it completely blew me away. The house was everything we could have wanted! It’s in a quiet, narrow-streeted area, so our kids could run along the streets pretty freely. The house is perfectly set up, with a amazing view of the river. The kitchen is well-appointed with tons of spices, all silverware and dishes/cups you could need. Full sets of pots/pans and cooking utensils, as well as food prep tools. 3 full bathrooms to use with plenty of towels and bar soap. The bedrooms are all a great size, especially the master bedroom! You get access to bicycles, kayaks, a canoe and a SUP. Plenty of life vests for all sizes! There’s a grill, plenty of outdoor eating space, a hammock and lounge chairs and an awning over the deck to protect from too much sun or a sprinkle of rain. The neighborhood has a little kids playset, a tennis court, 2-hole green, basketball court, and an open field. It was peaceful during our week there and the neighbors we met were all friendly. The boardwalk is a <10 minute drive and the Main Street gives you access to a myriad of restaurants and shops. The nearest supermarket is a stop and shop and is 5 minutes from the house. Terry also includes tons of brochures and a notebook of things to do. I have two kids, 3 & 6, and they really enjoyed the private beach. It’s so easy to just walk out of the house to your own little beach versus packing up everything into a car! We brought our bikes and did leisure rides around the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s beach house, much enjoyed by all. We appreciated the spacious, clean house, and the well stocked kitchen with the generous provisions offered. The recreational options are many and lots of fun for play as well as relaxation. All in all it was a great family vacation spot for us.

Another great time in Niantic! This is a peaceful community with lots of low-stress things to do. There is biking (2 bikes!), tennis (rackets ready to go!), pitch and put golfing (we did not do it but there are clubs in the garage). We all went kayaking or canoeing. The view is excellent, the gardens are beautiful and attract finches and monarch butterflies. All the comforts of home.
