Exceeded expectations. Location was perfectly situated for restaurants, shopping and all amenities. Laurence, our host, was very accomodating in every way and lovely to talk to. Laurence’s place felt like walking into your family’s perfectly warm and comfortable Paris flat that has a laid back lived-in and loved feeling. Loved all of the books!!! It is an old building which is part of the charm! Everything was clean and functional. We made such fun family memories here. Very beautiful views and old world Paris vibe. And very walkable to many notable sites. FYI- you do have to go through a couple of bedrooms to get to one of the 2 bathrooms, but not a big deal if you’re staying with family. Perfect layout for a family of four to share with another couple. There is also a separate guest powder room (WC) and bathroom located in the front entry of the flat. It is a great apartment for families and close friends! Highly recommend! Very communicative and lovely hosts! We will be back for sure.

The location makes this place a great option for anyone visiting Paris! It super close to the metro and close to a lot of restaurants, stores and walkable to many must see sites. Plus the Seine is right behind it perfect for early morning runs or walks. The apartment itself has lots of space, as well as charm and character of traditional Parisian lifestyle but that may also be less attractive for someone looking for a modern / updated apartment. We were traveling with 3 generations, so this apartment worked well even with the 3rd bedroom being set through the second bedroom. Note that the 4 bathrooms mentioned are actually one bathroom just shower, one with just toilet and one bathroom with shower and toilet combined. One bathroom has been renovated. The balcony is super cute with a great view.

This flat was an excellent location for getting to everything we wanted to do in Paris with 4 kids. Lovely views of the Tour St. Jacques. Two of the bedrooms are connected you must go through one to get to the other and the bathroom is in the far one.

I could have spent the entire trip sitting on the balcony, cup of coffee or glass of wine in hand, watching the light play off of the Tour Saint-Jacques. But we also had wonderful family breakfasts and dinners around the large dining table. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and centrally located - everything you could ask for in a classic Haussmann building straddling the 1st and 3rd Arr. The noise/sirens mentioned in some reviews are a consequence of being in the center of Paris in a building with a fantastic view; but it can be dealt with by simply closing the shutters when you go to sleep (which can also be done to help keep the Haussmann’s cool in the heat of the day). We loved our experience here and appreciated Laurence’s excellent communication.
