Chris and his staff were very responsive to our needs. It is a very nice home and was kept very clean. The Pool was also clean and needed to be heated in order to swim in March. It still gets cool at night and makes the Pool water colder to swim in, but it was nice and warm since we requested the Pool heater. This is posted for anyone wanting to rent this home in the future in the months that the nights get cooler. We started out a little bumpy but it all worked out. All in All this was a great stay.

We come to Inverness to visit family and this was the perfect place for us to sit around a pool in a quiet neighborhood and just let the kids swim. Had all the basic amenities. Easy to check-in. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Chris even reached out before and during the trip to make sure we were doing ok. Would rent again, for sure.
