We loved our stay at Elaine’s and Richard’s cottage it was ideal for our stay in Bermuda. We got around on mopeds, but there are still shops and restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. Being in the centre of the island it made it easy for us to travel anywhere. The cottage had everything that we needed and Elaine and Richard were the perfect hosts, even storing our luggage for us on our last day. If ever we get back to Bermuda again we’d love to stay at theirs again.
We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! I like to stay in Airbnb accommodations when traveling, so I've used Airbnb for about 10 years, but this house was the best! The house is very clean, and the host provided all the essential amenities. The location is perfect, with the beach within walking distance, and a short 10-minute cab ride to other attractions. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating. Bermuda is absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this place!
We loved coming “home” to the Hideaway Cottage every evening. The private porch was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee even when it was raining! We loved using the barbecue grill. Richard was a huge help to us as we searched for our Twizy! The laundry facility was an added bonus! We find out just why Elaine and Richard are called “super hosts!”
The cottage was immaculate. Well appointed. All the comforts you would want. Since they are onsite, they would always help and troubleshoot for us. Love the location and since we were familiar with the area, we had no problem getting around on foot and cycle. Would stay there again - definitely.
We can’t say enough good things about this lovely little spot. It had absolutely everything we could wish for, and it was beautifully decorated and cozy. The hosts were both delightful, and the location was excellent… Lots of walking opportunities on the rail trail, the nearby beaches, and the Southlands Estate. Further, it was just a 15 minute drive to Hamilton. We highly recommend this lovely B&B and these wonderful hosts.
