I've stayed for 3 months for working at MUSC. It's so close there. Carol was very polite and always took care of me. Her room was clean and comfortable. I had no problem doing some tasks in the room (WiFi was good). I strongly recommend this place to stay, especially if you are going to MUSC.

I had a great 2.5 month stay with Carol! Perfect location, clean place, great kitchen for cooking, and lovely front porch for eating/relaxing. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Carol was a very attentive host. She is also quite knowledgeable about the area, having lived there for a number of years. Her place is lovely. It was comfortable and well appointed. The bedroom was large with large windows and lots of light and views of trees if you wanted it. An excellent experience!

What a wonderful experience! I stayed at Carol's house for a month and I had such a amazing time. Carol is an extremely friendly and kind person and a gracious host(Downy is a great host as well!). The house is straight out of a magazine and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is in downtown, but thankfully out of the hustle of the busy tourist waterfront, which means the area is quiet and easy to navigate. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance which should have options for any taste. If you get a chance to stay here, definitely take it, I promise you will not disappointed!

Carol's place is in the beautiful Cannonborough neighborhood of Charleston, on tree-lined Ashley Avenue, on the doorstep of Hampton Park, and in close walking distance of MUSC, C of C, King Street, and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartment is straight from the center-spread of an interior design magazine and has everything needed for a long, or slightly shorter, stay. Carol was clear, caring and helpful in all respects during the reservation process, on arrival and during my stay. This Airbnb experience is strongly recommended and won't disappoint!
