Beautiful accommodations! I woke up every morning to an incredible sunrise and magnificent views. Cuong were outstanding hosts. He was attentive to our every need. Highly recommended!

Overall the space is nice however does need a bit of improvement. The host was helpful and very responsive. He allowed us an early check in with no cost and also assisted us in booking a cruise, however the company were quite unprofessional (1.5 hours late to pick us up and rude). We appreciate it was Tet (Lunar New Year) however feel this was just used as an excuse, so I would recommend you organise your own cruise. We chose this place as it had a kitchen however kitchen is only stocked with one fork and one spoon. We also chose this place as it had a washer but we arrived to find an empty detergent bottle, so we had to buy our own. The bar of soap in the bathroom was already open and used (really should have been new) and only one toilet roll for 2 people for 3 nights. The apartment is quite far away from restaurants (we enjoyed Papas BBQ) definitely not walking distance but 5 minute drive. So be prepared to either rent a bike, or take taxis everywhere. By the way taxis are cheaper than Grabs in Halong Bay so stick to taxi. Apartment however is nice, clean and has lovely views.
