Stormchase is a new built modern house right on the seafront in Bracklesham/East Wittering with spectacular views of the sea towards the Isle of Wight. This is our family home that is usually a place where we invite friends and family over to come and relax or enjoy as a base to launch from for watersports like windsurfing, kite surfing, surfing, wing foiling, paddleboarding and skate boarding. The house is a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants in East Wittering. Stormchase is the perfect beach house to enjoy a holiday with friends and family. On the first floor is the living area with open plan kitchen/dining area and open seating. There is a separate snug/tv room with beanbag sofa. The modern kitchen has a separate pantry, Nespreso coffee machine, Quooker hot water tap, microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 double ovens with warming drawers, 2 fridge freezers and all the things you need for entertaining family and friends. In the outbuilding is a yoga studio/gym with table tennis and football table and in the garden is a skate board ramp (use at your own risk!), a trampoline (use at your own risk!) and a football goal with plenty of space to kick a football around. There is corner seating on either side at the end of the garden where you can enjoy a sun downer whilst enjoying the views of the sea. Ground floor 1 family bathroom with a shower 1 en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous double long and deep bath and separate shower Utility room with Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. 1 wetroom shower with access from the side of the house Stormchase has 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 with king beds, 1 with a super king bed and there's 4th bedroom with bunk beds. Second Floor The Master Suite is on the second floor and has a super kingsize bed with spectacular views of the sea towards the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth. It has a separate toilet, an en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, double basin and a gorgeous free standing double bath with views of the sea.

There is an incredible sense of community in the Witterings, and you'll experience this first hand when you visit the various shops, cafes and pubs in the area. The local trade work very hard to look after the villagers, and in turn we try to buy as much a possible from them to keep them going! Try out Munneries Grocers, Tom Hoare's butchers, Something Fishy Fishmongers to name but a few. If you have a sweet tooth have a nosy in the good old fashioned sweetie shop too!

The Drift Inn Cafe (Shore Road) - worth booking, this gets very busy - they sell gorgeous salads, sandwiches, crepes, ice cream, juices, smoothies, and coffee to die for! Doggie friendly.
The Chocolate Cafe - opened and run by Lucy Armstrong who is the most incredibly talented chocolatier. Sells divine hot chocolate and goodies to take away. Doggie friendly.
Moonlight Tandoori - the best Indian in the village!
Samphire Restaurant (Shore Road) - incredible seafood and other delicacies, run by our friend Dave Skinner and his team. Must book!
The Shore Pub - if you fancy a good old pint at a proper local then look no further. They have live music nights, sport on the big screen, and great food (lunch time only). Doggie friendly.
The Landing Cafe - just at the top of the main driveway to West Wittering Beach. Serves fab coffee, yummy pastries, lunch and snacks. Doggie friendly.
The Lamb Inn - on the main road towards Chicester (quickest route via Piggery Hall Lane) - very cosy country pub with amazing food and fantastic craft beers. Doggie friendly.
Billys on the Beach - great beach cafe only a 5 minute walk away. No dogs inside but possibility to tie them up outside.
Crown & Anchor Pub - Dell Quay, near Apuldram Farm - main road out to Chichester. Doggie friendly in the bar but not the restaurant.
Kids - great meals at the Boulevard Cafe on Shore Road, Drift Inn (above), Dom's Italian Pizzeria (Shore Road), Billy's On the Beach (above).
The village shops are only a 10 minute walk away and we now also have Goat just 5 minutes away where you can enjoy the most delicious vegan food by FeedMeMomma!
Enjoy a beautiful walk on the beach straight from the house. You can either walk towards Selsey and look for 60 million year old sharks teeth or walk towards West Wittering.

Hello and thank you for looking at my profile. Me and my husband Mark and our two children Sophie (12) and Finn (9) love living on the beach and very much hope that the guests who rent our house will enjoy it as much as we do. We personally love our water sports like surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing and SUP-ing so no matter what the weather we always find something to do on the water but if that's not your thing then there are plenty of other things to do! In the summer our children spend hours on the beach exploring and looking for sharks teeth, of which there are plenty to find, especially after a big storm.
