Lovely hosts, friendly welcome, beautiful house, spotlessly clean, high standard of furnishings and fittings, very spacious, easy parking, delicious breakfasts. And the two dogs were gorgeous too.

What a wonderful stay with Philippa and Richard. My daughters loved the dogs and the garden and Philippa and Richard are two of the loveliest people you could hope to meet. Breakfast was delicious and abundant and the location perfect for exploring. Hope to come back in the summer! Xxx

Philippa and Richard were fantastic hosts - very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel right at home and we really enjoyed chatting to them. We had one double bedroom and one single, both very comfortable and clean. The full English breakfast were amazing. The house is in a quite rural location yet convenient for Arundel, Portsmouth and other sights in the area. Excellent value for money overall. Highly recommended.

Philippa and Richard are wonderful hosts, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are all huge. My 8 year old was delighted to have a room to himself, and rated the enormous bath and the two lovely dogs as the highlights of our stay (February, so he didn't discover the pool). I also loved the bath! It was really nice to be allowed to use the kitchen, dining and living room, and to chat with all the household. The beds are very comfortable.

Had a great stay at Philipa's and Richard. Both were going to be late home, so Philippa provided detailed instructions for us to get in. Both rooms were spacious & clean. A very large bathroom with a large corner bath & and a walk-in shower, with a drop-down seat for the less abled is for guests exclusive use. Philippa and Richard were lovely hosts, very approachable and friendly. They provided a fantastic, huge breakfast choice. I felt bad that we only had some cereal and a couple of breakfast pastries. Bella, the terrier and Kizzy, the Fox Red Labrador are such a well-behaved and friendly duo. As an animal lover & wannabe dog owner, I spent a wonderful hour on the sofa with them both 😀 If I was in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
