Very nice, quiet and very clean place with a beautiful garden. There's no kitchen, but that's clearly stated so it was no surprise.

We stayed at this lovely garden flat for a couple of nights while visiting friends. A perfect base for Neath and the surrounding areas, and a great alternative to a hotel room. Jon and Suzanne were helpfully and friendly throughout our stay. We’ll be back!

Lovely property in a great location for town and walks in the country park. Jon and Suzanne are perfect hosts - would highly recommend
