Just a few minutes walk to beautiful Holkham beach, cycle through the pinewoods, walk into town along the stunning estuary or laze on the terrace. The caravan has lovely light - the sun hits the terrace in the morning and through the afternoon , and the evening sun pours into the lounge at the end of the day. Contact Emma Siddons for more information. We have a huge south-facing secure furnished terrace edged with young silver birch trees, providing privacy and a lovely setting. The terrace really extends your living space, on the dry days. The terrace has bench table seating for 6, and SUMMER 2021 new outdoor lounging furniture. The caravan is blessed with lovely light - with the sun flooding the terrace all day until its sets to the west and creates a lovely warm glow in the lounge. The caravan is slightly bigger than an average 3 bedroom caravan at 38ft. The caravan has 3 bedrooms (one double room and two twin rooms). (The capacity of the caravan is technically 8 however I only take bookings for a maximum of 6). The double bedroom has a new luxury mattress. The single beds in the twin bedrooms are not suitable for adults (the beds in these bedrooms are standard caravan “singles” which are 1800cm x 870cm). The caravan has a bathroom (with shower, sink and WC) and also a further WC. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a 40inch 4K HD Smart TV for those inclement days and the caravan has WiFi. There is sufficient space between caravans for parking of two cars, and lots of grass space around for playing games and lounging around. The caravan has duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are available to hire and is highly recommended (more information in house manual).
