Host was very responsive. House was cozy for a family of five. Will rent again for sure and definitely recommend. The area is beautiful too.

I first want to say, besides the uncleanliness of the house, Reagan is an awesome host. Very responsive and was empathetic to my concerns. The house overall is very cute and has a lot of potential. However, it definitely needs a deep clean due to all the cob webs, spider webs and spiders. There is mold on the ceiling in the hallway. The windows are very old and need repairing or replacing. Half of them cannot lock. The cleaning crew is definitely not doing their job. Food was left in the sink as well. Refrigerator isn’t cold like it should be. The bed mattress in all rooms need replacing. We were only able to locate two washcloths. I think the cleanest part of the house was the bathroom and living room. Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Town is very quaint and cute. In my honest opinion the house should not be rented out again until these issues are addressed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Accord is a super cute little town, and Reagan's place is fairly priced compared with the surrounding area. However, there is a very obvious and large section of soffit under the roof that has rotted/collapsed, which is how I'm assuming the squirrels (best guess) have entered the house. And boy, have they set up shop in there. I was woken early each morning by them scurrying around in the roof and walls of the bedroom with two single beds. I'm a bit shocked that more reviews have not mentioned this very obvious infiltration, and can only assume that many guests only sleep in the master bedroom on the other side of the house - though my family staying in there could also hear them clearly. Normally, I would share this privately with the host, however, I see from a past review that this has been an issue for at least 1.5 years...and honestly, this could be solved easily by some basic maintenance on the exterior, which is really looking neglected...
