Perfect place for a two night getaway with one of my girlfriends. Cute, clean, quiet, picturesque. Evening wine on the patio, morning coffee in the hot tub, walked from the house down to Point White Dock, quick drive to breakfast sandwiches and coffee in Lynwood, also only 10 minutes from main downtown Winslow area. Even though owner occupies the home above, truly felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would come back again! Thanks Kevin!
Super clean, really lovely view, nice hot tub and we enjoyed a little fire at night in the firepit. The only comment I have is that I did not realize the room is underneath their main home, so you're sharing walls. They were absolutely silent, no noise complaints from us at all, but we were worried we might be making noise and bothering them.
This is a fantastic, peaceful spot to stay for a getaway! Kevin is communicative and had many recommendations already prepared before needing to ask for things to do and places to eat. It’s a beautiful property! The best part of our stay was enjoying the hot tub both at night and the morning as it’s setup right next to the beach overlooking the water. I saw a couple of seals too. Kevin and his neighbors have a text chain of when the orcas have been spotted coming through and he messaged us when they saw some but sadly we were out to lunch during that time. It was greatly appreciated that they did that! I would stay here again. I think the only small downside is that the space is in the lower part of the house so sometimes the foot traffic above comes through a bit loud. The bed is super cozy and everything had perfect little details and truly has everything you need to make your stay feel complete! Thank you so much!
Kevin’s place was great! Very quiet and private. We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the ferry go by. The place was spacious and was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway.
