The villa was just as in pictures, very beautiful scenery and calm private place with no next door neighbours. Clean inside and outside. There was an espresso capsule machine in kitchen and hairdryers in bathrooms. We played betanque, table tennis, table football, swimmed and relaced in the sun. Drive to the villa is narrow and steep, but only 20-30minutes to supermarket & Arezzo city centre. Keyholder Laura + owner Franco were very helpful and communication was fairly easy considering they mostly spoke Italian to us. We had very nice holiday in Podere il Castello!
Absolut ruhige Privatlage mit tollen Ausblick auf die bewaldeten Hügel. Viele Möglichkeiten, eine wunderschöne Zeit am Pool zu verbringen und das Haus zu genießen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Empfang durch Laura war sehr herzlich und sie war jederzeit erreichbar (über Chat und italienisch-App). Anfahrt auf dem letzten Kilometer etwas beschwerlich, PKW mit höherer Bodenfreiheit empfehlenswert. Von den 4 ha ist nur der direkte Garten- und Sportbereich zugänglich, der größere Teil war abgetrennt und abgeschlossen.
