We always count down the days to staying at Ravenstone. This place is such a gem, peaceful, private and has everything you need. This year, the nature was exceptional, with a new otter family coming out to play on the water, along with many seals, herons and oyster catchers. We love the sunsets, watching the stars at night and our paddle boarding on the water. We had a few campers next door and you’ll always have the hard working clam and oyster collectors out front, but other than that, you feel very secluded. Sandra’s place has everything you could need and more. Hopefully next year there will be less wasps, we couldn’t sit outside with food otherwise we were swarmed and had a few nasty stings. But this place is so peaceful, it truly makes us get some real rest. We’ll be back next year!

Our family of five had a perfect vacation at Sandra’s ocean front home. We have never stayed in a Airbnb which would have the same attention to details: kitchen is equipped for cook-off, the view from the livingroom rocking chairs is breathtaking and the upstairs bedroom is like from a dream - one can only sleep well in it. Denman Island offers lots to do: amazing hikes in both north and south end of the island, perfect swimming trips at the lake and endless hours of paddle boarding in quiet waters. When rain keeps you in house Sandra’s bookshelves are stocked with wonderful books to read or browse and there is a closed book of games of all shorts. Five stars.

This was our second stay at Ravenstone, we booked it for a few more days this time because we had such a great time last year. Ravenstone is a lovely house with comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The well stocked pantry that is available to purchase items from gave us peace of mind in case we forgot things. We spent countless hours at the beach and made many excursions around Denman. Our family really enjoyed our vacation at Ravenstone Thank you Sandra and Roger!

Once again, we had a superb stay at Ravenstone beach house. The owners take special care with absolutely everything that will make a great holiday for their guests. And the setting can't be beat! The ocean, mountains and forests - all so beautiful. We hope to return next year.
