Notre séjour fut un charme du début à la fin!
Wonderful spot … so comfortable … the bed was amazing and the space was very efficient for 2 people … I highly recommend this studio … Michelle and her family are lovely and the village is beautiful with great restaurants and art venues … we will miss it …
The studio has lots of privacy, very nice views and is within walking distance to a lot of delicious cafes and restaurants. It’s a very safe place and I enjoyed my time working remotely on my computer listening to nice nature sounds. Michelle is very generous, environmentally aware with recycling and kind. she introduced me to a lot of local artists and made me feel home during the stay. The Christmas party at her house would be one of my fondest memories. Definitely recommended!
Staying at Michelle’s place felt like an artist residency/ retreat. You can’t help but be inspired by the incredible views and the abundance of nature all around you. The studio has everything you need - and for anything it lacks, Michelle is happy to help. It is peaceful but also, the main house is behind you so when you want to interact with others, the opportunity is there. The three dogs are well behaved and very sweet. Michelle is warm, generous, funny, incredibly interesting and by far my favorite host I have had through Airbnb (and I have traveled for over a year now). The space is in nature and feels remote - so you will see bugs from time to time. But, it is very clean and a housekeeper comes at least once a week. The location itself is great - with colectivos right outside of your door and delicious food available within a 15 minute walk (highly recommend Dulce Peligro for organic and healthier treats!). My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
Es la segunda vez que me quedo en casa de Michelle, es una excelente anfitriona, siempre con una buena charla , risas y buenas anécdotas. Gran persona, estuvo al pendiente de todo y nos hizo muy cálida la estancia a mi y mi familia. Sus perros maravillosos y el lugar cuenta con una vista increíble y mucha calma por las noches. Merci beaucoup Michelle!

自我介绍
Soy una persona de origen internacional. Nací en San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato de madre Franco-Canadiense y de padre Italiano y . Mi madre la escultora Suzanne Guité se enamoró del pueblo de San Agustín por ser parecido a la Toscana, lugar de origen de mi padre, el pintor Alberto Tommi. Mi vida ha sido rodeada de arte y artistas. En Canadá fui directora de un centro de arte durante cinco años, después aprendí mucho como asistente de producción en tres películas y en decoración de interior, también hice la producción de varios eventos especiales y culturales. En '88 decidí regresar a mi casa en mi pueblo de San Agustín Etla. Desde entonces, de manera personal he formulado varios proyectos de conservación del medio ambiente como la 1ra, 2da y la 3ra Feria Ecológica de Oaxaca, programas para el fomento de bicicletas y sus bici-vías, reforzar la re forestación y el manejo adecuado de nuestros desechos. En esta misma orientación he trabajado por el gobierno federal, estatal y varios municipales. Independiente de obtener un título en Gestión Cultural de Conaculta, trabajé en una muy buena galería, para el taller Rufino Tamayo y seguí produciendo eventos artísticos como inauguraciones de exposiciones, la producción de "Lugar de Memoria" en el parque el Tequio, el proyecto de rescate y restauración de la fábrica de hilados y tejido de Vista Hermosa y al último organice los tres festivales de arte, Arte-Fest - San Agustín. Desde hace varios años me dedico a disfrutar mi casa, mi magnifico jardín, mi extensa biblioteca, los cuales combino con mi gusto a las caminatas por los senderos de los alrededores, disfrutando del paisaje excepcional de San Agustín. Mi casa está abierta a mis amigos y me gusta recibirlos generosamente y golosamente preparando comidas entre todos, seguido por un concierto entre amigos o una cesión yoga. Lo cual me lleva a abrir las puertas de Villa Loohvana a más amigos, ustedes los huéspedes de AirBandB.
