Amazing experience! The Airbnb looks better than the pictures, is in a great location but still feels super private! Hector was super responsive and helpful, even when we lost the key at the beach Saturday evening (he responded immediately and drove 90 min to pick up extra keys and deliver them). 1000% will stay here again if I’m ever in tulum.

Hector & Diego are good hosts. Their house manager Pedro is very helpful and quick to respond. We rented a small jeep that fit in the garage well. Safe neighborhood, good restaurants that are much more reasonable than the touristy sites at the beach and the food is way better. Local grocery market is walking distance. You might want to ask that Pedro go turn on the air before your arrival since they turn off everything when its empty. It took a good day or more to cool the house down. Leave all the upstairs doors open to help circulate the air during the day. Keep the kitchen clean and wiped up to avoid bugs. This house was perfect for our party of 4. 2 of us had our own room and 2 shared the master. We were super comfortable. The pool was a plus.

Belle maison, bien située, proche des restaurants et magasins de Tulum. Les vélos mis à disposition sont pratiques pour se déplacer pour aller aux ruines et à la plage. La piscine est un vrai plus. Présence de quelques pigeons qui ne dérangent vraiment pas. Nous avons pu rentrer le SUV dans le garage.
