Very peaceful self contained unit on Carol's farm. Lovely views of the river with spots to swim. Easy to find from the great taste cycle trail. Tap water comes from a stream which we were happy to drink but bring bottled water if you're not!

We loved this cottage and appreciated all the thoughtful details Carol had done to make the stay comfortable and easy. Would thoroughly recommend to cyclists on the trail. Easy to find with good instructions and contact. Many thanks !

An idyllic place to end a long day of cycling. Awesome shortbread and a very cute little house. The outdoor shower/bathroom was a joy. Highly recommend.

River Cottage was a beautiful, private, peaceful place to get away from the noise. We loved our stay. Carol was super responsive to our messages, generous with extending the checkout time and even took us to her favour swimming hole on the property. She truly went above and beyond. We'd love to stay again!
