Stayed 2 nights for a fishing trip. The home was spotless and the property was beautiful. Plenty of room to park a boat and electricity on the outside made charging batteries easy. The owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

My family spent Thanksgiving here. The place was nice and clean right on the edge of a large field and creek. It was nice and quiet besides the coyotes at night. We took our dogs and they loved it!

We LOVED staying here! The property was beautiful, we stayed with friends and our dogs all enjoyed it thoroughly. We loved meeting the owner and the history lesson he provided about the grist mill and the property. We will definitely be staying here again!

We spent most of our time outside on the back porch, even when temps bear 90 was still comfortable and peaceful. I will always check availability on this location when traveling to Ooltewah in the future. It was just what I needed. If you happen have an event at The Gray Dove (we had a wedding) this is absolutely the BEST location. This location is private with no homes or people right next door so it’s easy to relax and just be yourselves. Still close enough yo town if want go Walmart or out to eat just couple minutes commute. We did not get yo walk the property to the waterfall (just too relaxed in the porch enjoying each other company). Plenty room inside to move about and not be in each others way too. We also saw deer, squirrels, plenty birds and even a turtle on our stay. Didn’t uncover pool table, but it was there if wanted.
