Mike and I would love to welcome you to stay in our beautiful Snowdonia cottage. Yr Hen Farcdy is situated in the foothills of the Rhinogs, at the end of a gated track, within the Snowdonia National Park. The bedrooms have views over the lovely cottage garden, surrounding countryside and ancient oak woodland. Parts of our cottage are over 300 years old and we have a beautiful cottage garden for guests to sit in and relax in this peaceful setting. We bought our cottage 3 years ago, and have enjoyed decorating/refurbishing the apartment to a high standard. The private section of the cottage, for our guests, is situated on the 1st floor, accessed by stairs. We offer a double room and twin room. Unfortunately, due to an open staircase, our cottage is not suitable for young children. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the private hallway, with a mini fridge (fresh milk/filtered water provided). We have also provided books, dvds, local information leaflets, restaurant menus, and maps. Each of the bedrooms have tv/dvd/hairdrier/electric fan. Breakfast is included as part of your stay with us. This consists of a choice of full English/vegetarian/yoghurt with fruit/choice of cereals/fresh coffee/tea/fresh orange juice. Breakfast is served from 7.30am, or if you want a lie-in, let us know.
