Great house, great host.

Upon arrival: Dirty dishes in oven, bathroom showers dirty and covered in sand. No beach chairs or supplies to use. I was texted a place to rent beach chairs at a very high rate. The kitchen did not contain basic necessities like spices or oil or coffee. Kitchen supplies were minimal. The oven did not stop heating at the designated temperature. Days 3 and 5: Two different air conditioners broke down. One flooding a bedroom and getting all of my daughter's clothes wet. The second, over the kitchen island, even wider spread flooding. No apology was given. First air conditioner fixed in one day, second air conditioner fixed 2 days later. The security was good and the security people were very friendly. Lovely view. But no backyard as depicted in photo. Property drops off abruptly at pool edge. We had to drive 2 hours in different directions for our favorite activiites: snorkeling, zip lining, boating, night life, quality shops.

This house has amazing view and well locate. Close to everything you need, good restaurants, and discovered (waterfall, volcano, and of course a lot of beaches) Zindis’s team provided warm welcoming and very helpful for the incident we had flat tire. Thank you Zindis for sending someone quickly to assist us for urgent request.

This place was amazing! The pictures don’t do the house (or the views) justice! On our first morning I was missing my blackout curtains from home (sunrise was 530am), but by the end of the trip I appreciated the fact that it was the beautiful view I woke up to every day.
