Good place to stay. EK was right outside the gate of the place, very accessible to all the necessities. Easy to check-in, no need to always contact the host as she already provided all the necessary instructions. Well guarded and safe, from the main gate to the condo. Just had a problem with the water behind the door of the cr, stagnant and doesn't drain. You have to manually put the water to the drain. But all in all, the price coincide to it's place.

Ms. April's accomodation is superb and budget friendly! We stayed in a cozy place beside EK. The place is secured and you can roam around freely around the vicinity. Truly one of best place to stay!

The owner is responsive is kind and the place is quite decent for the price. I love the interior, it looks vibrant and calming. I also like that I can hear the expressway vehicle noises because it is very near sta rosa exit. I appreciate that they provide drinking water, and enough tissue. Pet friendly too! ☺️ There is still something to improve on for this place. I noticed some baby cockroaches roaming around a few hours after check in. Maybe you can do a pest control. And then maybe add a diffuser. And also the internet is only 50mbps, clients would've choose to stay longer if the wifi is a lot faster :)
