The location is awesome, I enjoyed every single day in this neighborhood. It's calm and clean with tons of restaurants and shops. The apartment is really clean and bright with a great living room! My bedroom has a balcony which make it really bright. The host was really (really) responsive and always find a solution to every single request!
Kaz is very responsive and a very good host. I forgot my keys late at night and was locked outside. Kaz responded immediatelyand sorted me out.
I had an excellent 5 month stay with Kaz. The location is fantastic, the apartment was usually sparkling clean thanks to the very professional cleaning staff and the hosts were very responsive to any requests. I also appreciated their flexibility when I needed to extend my stay after unexpected last-minute changes in my plans. Thanks very much, and I hope to stay with you again on my next visit to Astoria!
Kaz’s place was ideal for a multiple-month stay in this fantastically located apartment in Astoria. The room is perfect for 1 person, the common areas are clean, and the roommates are quiet and respectful. The petite balcony was perfect to store my bike, which is a plus because bikes are a great way to get around (a Citi bike rack is close, and multiple bike lanes are close by). The wifi signal is strong and consistent, Zoom and steaming were not a problem. The apartment is cleaned weekly by the nicest lady, Misachi, she’s so nice, quick and quiet! Be sure to say hi! The location is nothing short of ideal! Literally takes 5 mins to walk to the 30th Ave subway station, 24hr supermarket, corner bakery, great pizza shop and much more down 30th Ave. Astoria is such a wonderful NYC neighborhood that’s only 20 mins from Manhattan via subway or 30-40 via bike path. Definitely check out Astoria Park 20mins away and all the restaurants on Ditmars. It is eclectic and inviting. The apartment is located near 2 schools so parking can be hard to find, and Mt Sinai hospital is around the corner so sometimes you’ll hear sirens, but really not that much. Overall this is a comfortable and convenient stay with an amazing location. I would definitely rent again!
