This room has been tastefully designed to give a coastal feel. En-suite bathroom with a WC and basin. Garden A lovely south facing garden with a large patio area with seating and a good size lawn area with access from the back. House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours. Parties and loud music are not permitted. Things You Need to Know Towels and linen are provided - no beach towels. One dog is welcome. Please note additional pet charges of £25 will be charged per dog. There is an enclosed patio to the rear with seating. Please be advised loud music is not permitted during any stays. Wi-Fi access. Central heating throughout. Log burner - please order logs with your booking. BBQ available. Please note that this property has a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights.
