What a wonderful getaway! Miguel was easily the kindest host we've ever had. the cottage is perfect for families with young children. Endless fun for the kids and adults, very friendly neighbors and just overall so peaceful. Will definitely be returning during warmer weather to enjoy all the amenities. Highly recommend!

Cabin is beautiful and exactly as described. The vistas are lovely and the area is great for couples or families. Nicely appointed cabin, stocked well, and great open concept. Miguel was excellent to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property for your stay and would book it again for sure. Thank you!

The cottage is absolutely beautiful, has a great view and the kitchen was well equipped. The area is serene and has a gorgeous view of the lake. Linens aren’t provided, which I think should be advertised more clearly. We had an issue with the host where there was a miscommunication and we were told we were breaking one of the cottage rules of having a maximum of 6 people at the cottage. We had 6 people total, which I had confirmed with Miguel beforehand. Instead of reminding us of the rules, Miguel’s manner of bringing it up with us was aggressive - he told us if we didn’t ask our guests to leave immediately (they were allowed to be there according to the T&C provided and as per Miguel’s own approval), we would ourselves be asked to leave. This was at 9:45 pm at night, when we were sitting around the campfire, not being disruptive or breaking any rules that we had been provided with. Up to that point he had been nothing but kind and helpful, so this was a bewildering interaction. I did not see where we had gone wrong, and I asked him to explain so we could remedy the situation. He did not give any solid explanation, and instead accused us of breaking the rules. We were given no opportunity to explain ourselves and he offered no apology after the fact, when I explained that we had been very careful to follow all of the rules and remain respectful. The cottage is beautiful and I’d love to recommend a stay, but unfortunately I can’t based on our experience with the host.
