We wanted to get away to somewhere remote for our honeymoon, and this was the perfect place! We went to Warren Dunes State Park and hiked one day, ate at the Journeyman Distillery (which was awesome!), and were able to kick back and relax together. The only minor complaint we had was the lack of a path to get to the front door; luckily I had rubber boots in my trunk, otherwise my shoes would have been disgusting from the mud. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Highly recommended! If you are looking for a cozy, peaceful, quiet, chic and romantic cottage, then look no further! The decor is stunning, the space is spotless, the kitchen is the best equipped I've experienced at an Airbnb, the bed is super comfy, the bathroom is sparkling and the surroundings are gorgeous. Everything you need to relax in a compact space. We said hi to the animals daily and even got to meet Jeff when he was onsite at the farm. He also kindly allowed us to reschedule when there was a huge snowstorm the day of our original booking. Super close to Warren Dunes, Warren Woods and several other parks with easy hiking. Bring rain boots or other shoes that can get muddy - you will need them - plus slippers or warm socks for indoors. Thank you Jeff & Patrick for a wonderful stay! We can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay & enjoyed your beautiful cottage. Lots of thoughtful touches, super clean, and smelled great when I walked in the door. A very peaceful place to be. I just wish it wasn’t so wet so I could’ve met the animals! Oh, well. Maybe next time :) Thank you for everything!

We were so thrilled with our stay - it is exactly what we were looking for. We work in Chicago and have a hectic schedule so it was such a gift to stay at a peaceful, quiet & beautiful home. The recommendations were wonderful and getting to New Buffalo for other places wasn’t super far & totally worth the drive. Your home is beautiful and we wish you continued success
